WeldCentr.eu is a specialised industrial welding capacity supplier built by a team that has placed hundreds of certified welders across Czech Republic and Germany. We don't just supply workers — we supply the right welder, with the right certification, within 48 hours.

Our Story

BUILT FROM EXPERIENCE

WeldCentr.eu was founded as a dedicated welding division of Jobscentr Personální Agentura s.r.o. — a Czech staffing agency with deep roots in industrial labour placement. We saw a clear gap: production companies across Central Europe were struggling to find certified welders fast, while qualified welders were struggling to find stable, well-paying work.

We built the bridge. Today we operate the entire supply chain — from our own welding school in Rudná near Prague, through a database of 500+ active welders, to licensed cross-border deployment in Czech Republic and Germany.

Every welder in our network holds valid EN ISO 9606-1 or ČSN 05 0705 certification. Every deployment is backed by our MPSV licence (Czech Republic) and AÜG licence (Germany — Bundesagentur für Arbeit, Kiel).

Authorised by the Czech Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (MPSV) to supply temporary workers and operate as a staffing agency in the Czech Republic. Licence active from 3 September 2024.

AÜG Licence — Germany

Arbeitnehmerüberlassungsgesetz licence issued by the Bundesagentur für Arbeit in Kiel. Authorises cross-border posting of workers to German companies with full legal compliance. Valid 2025–2026.

All welders in our network are certified to EN ISO 9606-1, ČSN EN ISO 9606, and/or EN 287. Certifications are maintained and renewed through our own welding school in Rudná u Prahy.
